Most items ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom orders may take up to 15 business days.
(business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)

We ship all orders via USPS and you will have the option to choose First Class, Priority or Express (depending on the weight of your order) during the checkout process.



You will receive a download email once your payment clears.  You will also be able to access your orders and downloads through your account on our website!


At this time we cannot cancel orders that contain any printable/digital items as they are sent to your email almost immediately.

If you only ordered physical products, we may be able to cancel your order (if it hasn’t been processed yet) but you need to notify us within 1 hour!



Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.  If there was a problem with your order, please notify us immediately and provide photos.

If your package was damaged in the mail, please take it to your local post office to file a claim/report!
